Hi, I’m Carmen — a woman who turned her rock bottom moment into a life mission to help others heal.

In April 2020, my world stopped when I was diagnosed with DKA, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. At 254 pounds on my 4’11” frame, I felt trapped in a body that no longer felt like mine. I was exhausted, struggling with acne, poor sleep, sugar cravings, and a cycle of starting and stopping every new health plan I tried.
But I refused to give up.
Instead of searching for another quick fix, I decided to rebuild my life from the inside out. I learned how to nourish my body, move it consistently, calm my mind, and rewire my habits.
Over time, I lost 85 pounds, reversed my diabetes, balanced my hormones, and came off insulin — all by embracing a holistic, sustainable approach to wellness.
That journey became the foundation for my signature framework:
